The first big change to NCAA 09 is the juking. You'll be able to juke with both the right and left analog sticks, so when you go into your first juke, you can then change you're juke with the second analog. Check this out.

EA Sports has released a tutorial video of the new features of NCAA Football 08. The first feature goes over how users can store video and photo higlights of the game and upload them online. You're able to store up to 5 videos. The second feature the tutorial goes over is the new in-game simulation feature. With this feature if you don't like playing defense, you can let the game simulate it until you're back on offense. If you're beating up on an opponent you can also let the game sim the rest of it so you no longer have to waste your time. You can check out the NCAA Football 08 tutorial here.
The EA Sports site has added some new videos on their NCAA Football 08 site. They have a video up that compares the players models of the 08 version to the 07 version. EA Sports has released some new screenshots for NCAA Football 08. They look very impressive. The player models are outstanding and they're very sharp and bright which makes the players stand out nicely. You can view the NCAA Football 08 Screenshots here.
After looking at the videos that have been released for NCAA Football 08 it doesn't look like the graphics have improved all that much, but the gameplay should be much smoother since EA has increased the framerate to 60 fps (frames per second). You can check out some of the videos here.
